RD Nutrition Counseling

RD Nutrition Counseling is a registered dietitian practice run by Julien Chamoun, MS, RD, focused on weight loss, GLP-1 medication support, diabetes, digestive health, sports nutrition and body composition. Counseling is individualized, with practical strategies meant to fit each patient's schedule and food preferences, and plans can include meal ideas, portions, protein and calorie targets, and restaurant strategies when appropriate.

Visits are in person at the Totowa office on Union Boulevard, or by telehealth for eligible patients across New Jersey. The practice is in network with most insurance plans, and the office can help review benefits before scheduling. Many patients do not need a referral, though requirements vary by plan. Patients often come from Wayne, Clifton, Paterson and Woodland Park.
