Fabio Gulla, Luminate Bank

Fabio Gulla is a mortgage loan originator with Luminate Bank and has over 36 years in the industry. He began as a licensed real estate appraiser, spent more than 22 years analyzing property values, and then moved into mortgage lending. He works with conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans, as well as Non-QM loans, FHA 203(k) renovation loans and financing for non-warrantable condominiums. First-time buyers, real estate investors and borrowers with complex income or property situations are a regular part of his practice.

Because he also builds and invests in property, he looks closely at valuation and market conditions before a loan is structured. The office is a loan production office of Luminate Bank at 219 Paterson Avenue in Little Falls, New Jersey, open Monday through Friday.
