Constructors, Inc.

Constructors, Inc. is a heavy-highway contractor known for asphalt and concrete paving across eastern Nebraska. The company also does civil work, bridge construction and general contracting for residential, commercial, industrial and transportation projects. Its founder, George P. Abel Sr., started the firm in 1908, and it describes itself as the state's oldest paving contractor.

Its office is at 1815 Y Street in Lincoln, and the company works mainly in the eastern part of the state. Many of the roads and parking lots people drive on may have been paved by the firm, according to its own history.
