3 Dogs & A Girl

3 Dogs & A Girl is a boutique landscaping company that focuses on organic landscape management and residential garden design and installation. Owner April Algaier is a trained landscape designer with more than 25 years of practical experience, and the design work centers on plants, soil health and outdoor spaces that draw people closer to nature.

Projects start with a conversation about what you like and dislike in your current yard, including color preferences, plant or insect allergies and whether you cut flowers, followed by a discussion of style and how the space will be used. The business is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, and is hiring crew members and a foreman.
