Papis Chicken

Papis Chicken serves charcoal rotisserie chicken with flavors inspired by Peruvian pollo a la brasa. The menu centers on marinated half and quarter chickens and whole birds, offered with a choice of sauces such as green sauce, aji amarillo, rocoto and a house Papi's Secret Sauce. Beyond chicken, there are saltado dishes, arroz chaufa, tacos, nachos, rice bowls, empanadas and tres leches cake.

Orders can be placed online or through DoorDash, and the restaurant also offers catering. Meals are cooked to order, so the kitchen asks guests to allow extra time during busy periods. Papi's is in the New Pointe area of Leland, and it is open daily from 11 AM until late evening, with later hours on Friday and Saturday.
