Iron Horse Builders LLC

Iron Horse Builders LLC is a family-owned construction company that builds custom homes, barndominiums, cabins and custom decks, and handles kitchen and bathroom renovations as well as roof repair and replacement. Its commercial work includes agricultural buildings, churches, event centers, warehouses, storage units and shopping center buildouts. The company was founded in 1972 by Bill Mosmeier, a civil engineer and farmer, and is now a third-generation family business led by his son Chris Mosmeier, with Keifer Mosmeier also involved.

Family members stay involved in every phase of a project, from the first consultation through the final walkthrough. Work can include site preparation, grading and permitting. The company serves Southern and Central Ohio, and its office is on Middlefork Road in Laurelville. New projects start with a phone call to schedule a consultation. The office is open on weekdays and closed on weekends.
