Land O Lakes Family Fitness

Land O Lakes Family Fitness is a neighborhood gym for beginners and experienced lifters alike. Members get unlimited access to the gym around the clock, and the staff keeps the equipment in good working order. Two personal trainers are on hand, and the gym runs several classes with different instructors, so members can usually find a session that fits their schedule.

The gym is owned by a retired law enforcement officer and belongs to the local Chamber of Commerce, with a small-town, family feel. Staffed hours are weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings, and Sundays are by appointment only, so call ahead if you want someone on site that day. A Heroes Discount is offered, and Jesse can answer questions about it. The gym is in Land O' Lakes, Florida.
