Budget Painting and Waterproofing, Inc.

Budget Painting and Waterproofing is a residential and commercial painting contractor serving the Tampa Bay area. The company paints interiors and exteriors, pool decks and cages, cabinetry and garage floors, and does waterproofing and dampproofing work. Its owners, Terry and Heather Resina, founded it in 1999 with the aim of offering solid work at affordable prices.

Crews protect floors, furnishings and fixtures before starting, and the owners handle estimating and project management directly. Estimates are free, and the company is licensed and insured in Pasco and Hillsborough Counties. Warranties vary by service, from one year on most finishes to five years on exterior labor, and dampproofing carries a three-year warranty.
