Integra Health Care

Integra Health Care is a home care agency that provides nonmedical personal care to seniors and people of all ages, including children who are ill or physically challenged. Its core services are Personal Care Assistance, which covers daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, mobility, meal preparation and feeding, and Homemaking Services, which cover laundry, cooking, light cleaning and shopping. Support under Minnesota's CFSS and ICLS programs is also offered.

The agency is family-owned and was founded in 2003 by two registered nurses, Dimitriy and Olga Papkov. Every caregiver goes through interviews and deep background checks before joining the team, and caregivers are matched to each client. Clients and caregivers use an app to track visits and remaining authorized hours, so there is no paper timesheet. The office is in Lakeville and the agency covers the seven-county Twin Cities metro area.
