Alpha Spine Health & Injury Center is a chiropractic office that treats back pain, neck pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, whiplash, and injuries from car accidents and work. The practice also offers massage therapy, laser therapy, and non-surgical spinal decompression, and its services include acupuncture and prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care.

New patients start with a complimentary consultation and exam, and X-rays are taken only when the findings call for them. The office does a free insurance check and explains costs upfront. Appointments are usually a few minutes long once a plan is set, and the first visit takes about 30 minutes. The Lakeville office is at the corner of County Road 46 (160th Street West) and Cedar Avenue, a few minutes east of I-35, and the practice has a second location in Eagan.
