Palisade Homes

Palisade Homes is a custom home builder that has been constructing homes since 2004, working on new custom homes and major renovations. Its services include designing and building custom homes from the ground up, project management, site preparation, interior design, and home remodels such as kitchen and bath renovations, basement finishing and room additions. The company works with outside architects for home designs rather than drawing plans in-house.

Owner Bill Lorenz is involved in each stage, from choosing land and working with the city on permits to overseeing daily construction. The company serves the Portland, Lake Oswego, West Linn and Central Oregon areas, and its listed office is in Bend, Oregon. Weekday hours are 8am to 5pm, and it recommends a consultation before a project begins.
