Soul Tree Colorado

Soul Tree Yoga is a yoga studio in Lafayette with a wide range of classes taught by a team of experienced teachers, including trauma-informed and healing-focused offerings. The studio also runs workshops, community events, a holiday bazaar of handcrafted goods, and yoga retreats, including one at Verdad on Nicaragua's Emerald Coast.

New students can take an introductory offer of $65 for four weeks or $165 for two months. Drop-in classes, class cards and an annual membership are also available, and online livestream classes can be replayed by email the following morning. The studio is at 1280 Centaur Village Drive on the south side of Lafayette, and it has been run by owner Sarah Woods since 2021.
