D. Yanez Demolition & Hardscape

D. Yanez Demolition & Hardscape handles interior and exterior demolition, construction site cleanup, and hardscape work. Demolition jobs include kitchen and master bath tear-outs, stucco and tile removal, concrete sawing and removal, and hauling debris to a local recycling center. The hardscape side covers interlocking paver patios, driveways, walkways and pool surrounds, plus planter walls, fire pits, BBQ builds and artificial turf installation.

The company works across the Coachella Valley, Riverside County and San Bernardino County, with the owner Daniel Yanez running the business from Palm Springs. Crews travel as far as Loma Linda, Hemet and Yucaipa. The business has been operating since 2015 and is licensed under the contractor number shown on its site. Customers report that the crew arrives on time, keeps work areas clean, and gives clear pricing, and the company says it offers a satisfaction guarantee.
