BrightQuest San Diego

BrightQuest San Diego provides residential mental health treatment for adults living with complex psychiatric conditions, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, major depression, trauma-related conditions and personality disorders. Its therapeutic community model uses peer support, shared responsibility and daily routines to build structure and day-to-day functioning.

Clients live in licensed residences with no more than six residents per home and a 2:1 staff-to-resident ratio, and the average stay runs six to 12 months. Care steps down through PHP, IOP and outpatient services as progress develops. People come from across the country, and a family support group keeps loved ones involved.
