WeatherGuidance LLC

WeatherGuidance runs SiteWarn, a site-specific weather forecasting and warning service for businesses, schools, utilities, solar farms and event venues. Meteorologists watch each client's exact locations around the clock and issue warnings for lightning, hail, wind, tornadoes, heat measured by Wet Bulb Globe Temperature, wildfire and more, at thresholds the client sets. The service is built for operations where a storm at the site matters, not a storm somewhere in the region.

New clients work with a dedicated risk consultant to define locations, hazards and lead times. Warnings arrive by web portal, app, email, text, phone call or API, and a client can reach a meteorologist directly. When a National Weather Service warning covers a site that isn't threatened, the client gets a null warning so crews keep working. Single-site programs start at $99.95 a month, and the company is based in Kyle, Texas.
