Red Heart CPR

Red Heart CPR is an American Heart Association training site that teaches CPR, AED and basic life support courses to families, workplaces, agencies and healthcare professionals. Sherry, the owner and lead instructor, began teaching after she became an AHA instructor while working as a nurse. Courses include BLS for healthcare providers, Heartsaver CPR AED for workplace requirements, and OSHA training for general industry and construction.

Students can finish the online portion of HeartCode or other blended courses at home or work, then book a one-hour in-person skills session, and same-day eCards are offered. Group sessions can be requested by phone, text or the website form, and the business will work around schedules that don't match standard class times. The business also offers DOT and non-DOT urine drug screening for pre-employment and random testing. It is based in Kyle.
