Intrepid Nitro Coffee and Tea

Intrepid Nitro Coffee and Tea Bar serves cold brewed, nitro-infused coffee and tea on tap, with five coffees and two teas kept on nitro taps at all times. Coffee and tea are sourced from small businesses and local companies, and the menu also includes craft cocktails, wine and high gravity beer, along with bagged coffee and a canned nitro coffee six-pack. The shop keeps its drinks simple, sweetening only with pure Vermont maple syrup or real honey rather than flavored syrups.

The shop is dog-friendly and has a patio, and it can host gatherings of up to 75 guests, including the patio, for events like baby showers, book clubs and team meetups. Monthly drink subscriptions are offered, and the shop runs occasional classes such as a herbal tea making class. Intrepid is located on Hardin Valley Road in Knoxville.
