Honeybee Coffee Co. roasts its own coffee and serves it at its Knoxville cafes. The menu covers espresso drinks, drip coffee, house-made cold brew, iced lattes, chai and matcha lattes, and London fog tea drinks. Coffee is sourced from small farms around the world, and many of the beans are organic or fair trade certified.

The company started in 2014 as a catering business with an Airstream trailer and opened its two cafes in 2017, one in South Knoxville and one in Farragut.
