Built By Adams

Built By Adams is a custom home builder and design firm that has been building in Southern Maine since 1976, when it was founded as Adams Construction in Sanford. The company now focuses on high performance custom homes, semi-custom homes built on a standardized system, and pre-designed plans, and it also sells a few homes it has built. Its work centers on Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and Wells, and the firm has been building to Energy Star standards since 2006.

Building can start with a free initial consultation, a 45-minute design session that covers your project goals and a rough idea of cost and timeline. Clients can build on their own lot or on one of the company's lots or subdivisions, or choose from more than 20 pre-designed plans. The office is at 5 Bragdon Lane in Kennebunk, and the main line has 24/7 voicemail.
