Bowley Builders

Bowley Builders is a family-owned custom home builder that has worked in southern Maine for more than 50 years. The company builds traditional and modern homes, and also takes on additions and renovations. Steve Bowley founded the business in 1972 with his wife, Maureen, and their son, Geoff, joined in 2001 and now leads it.

The firm describes its work as ranging from traditional shingle-style homes to bold modern designs, and says it puts a premium on communication and transparency with clients. Bowley Builders has roughly 25 employees and serves clients from Kittery to Brunswick. The office is on York Street in Kennebunk.
