Clear Lake Shores Community Pool

The Clear Lake Shores Community Pool is a members-only swimming pool run by the city. Membership is open to residents of the city and its extra-territorial jurisdiction and to city employees, while nonresidents can also join at a higher fee. Memberships run May 1 through April 30 and must be renewed each year, and each one includes a reusable wristband for members aged three and older.

Each membership comes with one key fob for the gate, and a second fob can be bought for $25 when several members share an address. Guests need a day wristband that a member buys in advance at City Hall, since none are sold at the gate. Lifeguards are on duty from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Pets, food preparation, glass containers and diving are not allowed.
