HRG Houston Rhythmic Gymnastics

HRG Houston Rhythmic Gymnastics is a rhythmic gymnastics club for girls, with programs for ages 4 and up that run from beginner classes to competitive levels. The sport combines dance, ballet, acrobatics and apparatus work on the carpet floor, set to music, and the club puts emphasis on discipline, coordination, flexibility and posture.

Families can register for the 2026-27 season online or reserve a free trial class. The club is at 1427 Vander Wilt Ln in Katy, and parents are welcome to stop by during business hours to see the classes in person. Texts and calls go to the front office, and questions can also go to the email address listed on the site.
