Happy Brew

Happy Brew is a nonprofit community café that provides employment, job training and leadership opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental differences. The café serves coffee and conversation, and its vocational program lets each participant learn and work in the way that suits his or her needs. The ministry behind it grew out of the Friends Ministry at Southside Methodist, which has existed for over 30 years.

The café is open Tuesday through Sunday from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm and is closed on Mondays. It sits at 3200 Hendricks Avenue in Jacksonville, and it welcomes families and friends as well as customers. Gift cards and merchandise are available through its online shop.
