The Jensen Team

The Jensen Team is a real estate team of REALTORS Mike Jensen and Jamie Venzon, working with buyers and sellers of homes and lots in the Iowa City area. Mike, a life-long Iowa City resident who grew up learning construction from his grandfather and father, has been recognized by the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS, including Realtor of the Year awards in 2011 and 2017 and a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2025. Jamie joined the business in 2017 to lead communication and marketing and became a licensed agent in 2018.

The two agents take a team approach, with both reviewing each home, preparing comparable market analyses and working through negotiations together. They work with first-time buyers as well as experienced buyers and sellers. Fran Jensen, Mike's wife, is no longer licensed but supports clients behind the scenes. The team's office is in Iowa City.
