Julie Dancer

Julie Dancer is a licensed real estate agent in Iowa City who helps buyers and sellers, with featured listings in Iowa City, Tiffin and North Liberty. Her current listings range from a water's-edge walk-out ranch in Tiffin to traditional family homes on the west side and in Windsor Heights. She holds the CRS and SRES designations and works under Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS.

She offers local market reports and a program for seniors, and she can arrange private listings for sellers who would rather not go to market publicly. Past clients describe her as responsive and willing to answer calls in the evening, and she also introduces them to contractors for trees, furnace work and painting. Showings are arranged by phone.
