Pace Property Management Inc.

Pace Property Management Inc. handles rental housing and helps people find a place to call home. Its website lists current apartment availability and property pages, including the Forum at Lincoln, along with services for residents already living in its properties.

The company is licensed to sell real estate in Iowa, so it also helps homeowners list and sell a house. Sellers who need to move before their home sells can arrange temporary apartment living while they search for their next place. The office is on Sunset Street in Iowa City.
