Heritage Property Management

Heritage Property Management is a leasing and property management company that has served renters and owners since 1985. Its portfolio includes single-family homes, condos, duplexes and student housing across the Iowa City area, with listings in Coralville, North Liberty, Tiffin and West Branch.

Tenants can apply and pay rent online through the company's portal, and owners have their own portal and HOA forms. The phone line is staffed around the clock, and local maintenance professionals are contracted for emergency calls. Regular office hours are weekday mornings and early afternoons, with Saturdays by appointment. The office is on East Market Street in downtown Iowa City, and all properties are non-smoking.
