Illumine Coffee Company is a locally owned coffee roaster and cafe in Indianapolis. The company sells its own roasted whole-bean coffees, including single-origin coffees from Costa Rica, Tanzania, Burundi, Uganda, Rwanda, Colombia, Brazil and Papua New Guinea, along with a few house blends and a decaf. Owners Kent and Anna Phillips started the business in 2020 after roasting their own coffee for more than a decade.
The cafe on Westfield Boulevard in the Fall Creek Place area is open Monday through Friday and Saturday, closed Sundays. A second location is listed on East 22nd Street, and the company also sells coffee wholesale to coffee shops, restaurants, churches and offices and offers gift cards. Coffee can be ordered for carry-out through the website.
