Bier Brewery and Taproom

Bier Brewery and Taproom is a family-owned brewery that has been making beer since 2010. The brewers focus on carefully designed water profiles for each style, with an emphasis on balance, subtlety and drinkability. The brewhouse grew from a small homebrew-scale setup into a 20-barrel system, and the beers have won numerous awards at competitions across the state, the country and abroad.

The brewery operates a 65th Street taproom in Indianapolis, along with locations in Carmel and Noblesville. Online ordering and gift cards are available, and the company also handles event space and wholesale distribution inquiries. Food is part of the operation, according to the brewery's own priorities.
