About Team LionHeart MMA

The story

Team LionHeart MMA is a mixed martial arts gym offering kids classes, adult beginner classes and a competitive fight team. Kids classes cover discipline, confidence, fitness and self-defense, while adult sessions focus on fundamental techniques for people new to martial arts. Jiu jitsu classes are also on the schedule for kids and adults.

Monthly memberships are listed at $60 for kids and adult classes and $80 for the competitive fight team, and new students can try one week free. Personal strength and conditioning and one-on-one training are booked by appointment with the coaches. The gym is at 510 2nd St in Idaho Falls.
