Shoshin Ryu

Shoshin Ryu is a martial arts school in Idaho Falls that teaches a self-defense system built around throws, ground defense, strikes, kata, weapons work with knife and stick, and character development. Classes are offered for children and adults, and the school is welcoming new students.

Youth classes run for ages 7 to 14 on Monday evenings, and adult classes for ages 14 and up meet on Monday and Wednesday nights. Memberships are month-to-month with no contracts, and testing carries no charge. The school is located inside the Extreme Ballroom facility, entered through the northwest door marked 4, with parking around the building or along 14th North.
