Fall Creek Homes

Fall Creek Homes is a custom home builder that designs and builds new homes across Eastern Idaho, including Idaho Falls, Ammon, Rigby, Rexburg and Blackfoot. The company emphasizes well-built homes with many standard upgrades at prices it describes as below typical market value, and it has won a 2016 People's Choice Award at the EIHBA Parade of Homes.

The company is run by owner Bryson Higley, a licensed Idaho general contractor who also holds an Idaho real estate brokers' license. Fall Creek Homes builds only new homes, works from a set schedule with daily communication, and has land in more than a dozen communities. Buyers can start with a 3% earnest money deposit and a loan pre-qualification letter, and the contract price is the purchase price at closing. The office is at 980-B Pier View Drive in Idaho Falls.
