Castlerock Homes

Castlerock Homes builds custom and track homes across Southeast Idaho and has been doing so since 2013. The company was founded by Josh Higley, a third-generation builder with a long background in construction and real estate, and it offers both custom homes and homes in its own subdivisions. Its floor plans come in Signature and Luxury series.

Buyers can start a custom home by contacting the office or browse available homes and subdivisions on the company's site, including Sand Creek Estates and Southpoint in Idaho Falls, Comore Loma, and Stonebridge in Rexburg. Customers can add options such as air conditioning, landscaping, fencing and upgraded appliances to the base price. The office is at 1730 Woodruff Park Circle in Idaho Falls.
