The clinic has served Holden and the Wachusett Region since 1994 and sees patients from Holden, Rutland, Paxton, Princeton, Sterling, West Boylston, Worcester, Spencer, Oakham, Barre and Hubbardston. Insurance accepted includes Aetna, Blue Cross, Harvard Pilgrim, Medicare, Tufts and United Healthcare, among others, and patients should confirm their coverage before an appointment. Auto accident and workers' compensation cases are also seen. New patient forms must be printed and signed before the first visit.
