Brilla Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster run by third-generation farmers from Nicaragua. The beans are sourced from around the world and roasted locally in small batches, with a range of single origin coffees, dark and medium roasts, decaf, flavored coffees and cold brew blends. Its Café Diego coffee is one of the featured lines.
Brilla sells retail coffee online and also supplies wholesale coffee to cafes, restaurants and businesses. The company works with coffee farmers through Direct Trade arrangements. Its coffee shop is at 1104 Main Street in Holden, with a second shop in Natick, and a Gardner location is planned.
