Central Mass Bookkeeping & Tax offers tax preparation, IRS tax representation and small business bookkeeping. Tom Schofield, an Enrolled Agent admitted to practice before the IRS, handles tax work for individuals, small businesses, non-profits and public safety labor organizations. Representation work covers resolving outstanding IRS debts, unfiled returns and keeping tax compliance current.

The practice also takes on bookkeeping and financial reporting, and can add budgeting and actual-versus-budget reporting once the books are in order. Tom started the firm in 2013 after helping friends with their small business books, and his stated approach is to explain the numbers so clients can make better decisions. Clients are served from the Holden office at 512 Main St and across the Greater Worcester and Central Massachusetts area.
