Passarelli Builders & Design

Passarelli Builders & Design is a family-owned construction company that handles home additions, interior renovations, and outdoor living projects. Its work includes second-story additions, rear extensions, kitchen and basement renovations, and custom decks and porches built with Trex materials. The firm also takes on carpentry work as a subcontractor.

The company has served the western suburbs of Chicago since 1995 and says it manages a project from permits and material selection through the final walkthrough. It is licensed, bonded, and insured, and clients describe its crews as tidy and on schedule. Passarelli works mainly in the western suburbs, with homes in towns such as Naperville, Wheaton, and Oak Park among its listed service areas.
