The Dignitary Restaurant & Lounge

The Dignitary is a restaurant and bar serving small plates and comfort entrees, with a motto of elevated comfort. The menu pairs familiar comfort dishes with a more refined approach, and the bar side keeps the room lively in the evening.

The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from mid-afternoon into the evening and is closed on Sundays. Happy hour runs in the late afternoon and again late at night. The address is 6195 Northeast Cornell Road in Hillsboro, along the Cornell Road corridor.
