Iowa Athletix

Iowa Athletix is a training facility in Hiawatha offering gym memberships, small and large group training, personal training, and sport-specific training. Its group sessions cover strength, speed and agility, soccer training, injury prevention, and game IQ and field awareness work, with workouts written for each athlete. Adults and youth athletes can both train here.

The facility is open 24/7, with staffed hours on weekday afternoons and evenings and appointments on weekends. New athletes can book a free evaluation and a free trial class. The space, about 3,800 square feet, is also available to rent for fundraisers, parties, and athletic club teams such as softball, baseball, and soccer.
