Starland

Starland is a family entertainment center in Hanover that opened in 1968 and expanded in 2013 into a building of more than 100,000 square feet on a 33-acre property. Its sports side has two turf fields and eight hardwood courts for basketball, soccer and futsal, volleyball, field hockey, flag football, and baseball and softball, along with adult leagues. The fun park offers mini golf, inflatables and go-karts, and the business hosts birthday parties, group outings, school trips and corporate events.

Private events are booked through a weekday event desk. A restaurant, coffee shop, full-service bar and beer garden serve food and drinks, and the Rec Room and concessions are open on weekends. Toddler Time is a drop-in indoor play space for ages 1.5 to 5 that needs no advance ticket. Hours differ by area, and the sports complex is open the longest, so check before you plan a visit.
