Sonrisas Dental Health

Sonrisas Dental Health is a nonprofit that provides dental care and health education to low-income families and residents, including farmworkers. Founded in Half Moon Bay in 2001 to close the gap in dental services, it now serves more than 8,000 residents from across San Mateo County through its clinics and a community outreach program.

Sonrisas has two offices, one in San Mateo and one in Half Moon Bay on the Coastside, and both are open on weekdays. The San Mateo office also sees patients on Saturdays by appointment. Donations are tax deductible, and the organization is guided by a board of directors that includes dentists and physicians.
