The Incubators @ HCC

The Incubators + Labs at Hagerstown Community College is a business incubator that supports startups, small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs. It offers office space, conference rooms, wet labs and a licensed commercial kitchen for food entrepreneurs, along with mentorship, networking events and professional development workshops.

The program runs two sites: the David W. Fletcher Incubator & Labs for offices and research labs, and the Culinary Incubator for food businesses. Membership tiers include business, lab, culinary and Spark! members, and the incubator hosts pitch competitions and an annual innovation conference. It is located on Scholar Drive in Hagerstown, Maryland, on the campus of Hagerstown Community College.
