Cumberland Valley Surgery Center

Cumberland Valley Surgery Center is a multispecialty ambulatory surgery center that performs same day procedures in orthopedics, general surgery, dental and oral surgery, gynecology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, podiatry, endoscopy and pain management. The center describes itself as the longest active multispecialty same day surgery center in the Hagerstown area, and it has operated since 2003.

The center has one operating room with general anesthesia capabilities, two treatment rooms for local anesthesia or monitored anesthesia care, a preoperative area and a post anesthesia care area across about 7,000 square feet. Board certified surgeons and a full time registered nurse staff the center, and an anesthesiologist is on site. Anesthesia is billed separately by North American Partners in Anesthesia, and patients who pay themselves should arrange payment before their procedure. Medicare certified and state licensed, it is located off Eastern Boulevard in Hagerstown with easy access to Route 40 and Interstates 70 and 81.
