Michele's Bakery and Sweet Shoppe

Michele's Bakery and Sweet Shoppe is a full service bakery and cake shop known for decorated cakes, cupcakes, cookies and pies. Michele has been baking and decorating for more than 35 years and has taken specialty classes in blown sugar, fondant and edible paper, so customers can choose from several decorating styles. The shop makes birthday cakes, showers, wedding cakes and special family recipes on request.

Sugar free, gluten free, dairy free and egg free cakes and desserts are available. The bakery also takes holiday cookie tray orders in December and offers gingerbread house decorating sessions in its shop, or kits to take home. Catering is available for events with specific needs, and customers with an unusual request can send an inquiry through the website. The shop is at 11000 Bower Avenue in Hagerstown.
