All Star K-9

All Star K-9 is a full-service dog training and boarding facility that offers daycare, boarding, private and puppy lessons, dog bathing and training programs built around each dog's behavior. Its founder, Jason Haupt, has more than 20 years of experience in dog training and behavior, and the training includes obedience, behavior modification and advanced skills, along with search and rescue and detection work.

The facility has a 30 by 60 foot indoor training space, heated and air-conditioned indoor kennels with TV and music, and outdoor play areas. Dogs need current rabies, distemper/parvo and bordetella vaccinations before staying. Daily activity is tailored to each dog's personality. The business is on Heather Ridge Road in Hagerstown, Maryland, and it's best to call or text ahead to book training or a boarding stay.
