K&K Builders

K&K Builders is a family-owned contractor serving central Ohio since 1990, handling kitchen and bath renovations, exterior siding and roof replacement, and general contracting. The company also takes on complete new construction, room additions, garages, basement finishing, painting and full project management for larger jobs.

The business is based at 1384 Cascade Drive in Grove City, and the owners, Kevin and Kerry Ferguson, are listed as the contacts for estimates and project questions. Work is handled through the company's own crews, so a neighbor calling about a single room or a whole-house project can talk directly with the people running it.
