AIS Renovations

AIS Renovations is a family-owned design-build remodeling firm that handles kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishes, additions and exterior work, with its own in-house crews doing both the design and the construction. The company also takes on roofing and storm-damage restoration, helping homeowners through inspections and insurance claims. Its work is aimed at homeowners who want a renovation planned around their own taste and how they live.

AIS works from an office at 4394 Broadway in Grove City and serves Grove City, Columbus and the wider Central Ohio area. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Projects start with a consultation, and financing is available through a partner platform for homeowners who do not have the full amount up front.
