The Community Tap

The Community Tap is a craft beer and wine bar that has been pouring since July 2010, when founders Mike Okupinski and Ed Buffington opened a small bottle shop and growler bar. The bar focuses on craft beer on tap and a curated wine list, with wine by the glass, kombucha and specialty non-alcoholic drinks alongside. Beer and wine can be enjoyed on site or taken to go.

The North Main location in Greenville has a large deck with seating for 60, a private event room, and food trucks on site most nights for dinner. The Tap also has locations at Trailside at the Commons in Greenville and in Travelers Rest. Its tasting room hosts events onsite, and the team can also bring a beer tasting or wine event to a home or off-site venue, for groups from 10 to 200.
