Liability Brewing Co

Liability Brewing Co is a craft brewery and taproom on West Stone Avenue in Greenville, South Carolina, brewing on a 10 barrel system since 2018. The brewery is known for its beers, including the Feral Garden Gnome, which recently won gold at the 2026 GABF, 2026 World Beer Cup and 2026 U.S. Open Beer Championship. The brewery is certified B Corp and sustainably brewed, and its beers are also sold to go.

The taproom is open daily, typically from noon to 9 or 10 PM, with later hours on Friday and Saturday. Gift cards are available, and the taproom hosts private events. The brewery also donates to registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits in the area, with requests submitted through a form at least 14 days before pickup, which must be done at the taproom.
