Soby's New South Cuisine

Soby's New South Cuisine is a downtown Greenville restaurant serving southern-inspired food built around locally grown, seasonal ingredients. Signature dishes include warm cheddar biscuits, fried green tomatoes, spicy pimento cheese, shrimp and grits, and a fried chicken entree, with a focus on a wide wine program alongside cocktails and craft beer. The restaurant has been open on South Main Street for more than 20 years and is recognized by Wine Spectator and the MICHELIN "American South" Guide.

Weekend brunch is served Saturday and Sunday, and the restaurant hosts private events, with The Loft at Soby's offering a rooftop space overlooking downtown that can be paired with a personal chef.
